Collected my Macan S just over week ago. During an extended drive my wife opened the glove compartment and out came a heatwave. The compartment was Hot - enough to melt a bar of chocolate and more.
Inside the compartment is a metal cover presumeably for airbag access and that was hot. Will register the tempature next time i take it out.
Also there's no cooling hole (a fixed blank covering the hole) in the compartment as I had in my previous 2L gen 2.
Has anyone experienced this?

Not noticed the heat, but certainly aware that Gen3 has lost the cooling vent. That said im not sure how well it ever worked, an unopened bottle of OJ must have fermented in my Gen2 resulting in a sticky soaked hand book, sorry, if anybody on here now has it! (Tracky, I'll set 'em up you hit them)vic49er wrote: ↑Wed Jul 19, 2023 5:56 pm Collected my Macan S just over week ago. How about when you guys or anyone else drives for min 20 mins, and if you remember open the glove compartment and let me know whether it’s hot or ambient car temperature. Thanks

Ambient. The sweets we keep in there don't show any signs of heat exhaustion.
