Is it possible to turn the engine auto start/stop feature OFF on the Macan?

But, OFF as in keep it off, so next time you start it's still OFF...?

You have to turn it off every time you start the car. However, I don't find the stop/start in the Macan to be annoying. My old diesel Freelander has it, and restarting is a serious clunky noise, whereas the Macan's restart is almost imperceptible.

Urgh. That's very annoying. It's borderline dangerous in the Tiguan - doesnt seem to always want to start if it's straight after a stop. Will get into the habit of turning it off everytime I start it.

It can be done via PWIS but finding someone to do it is the issue. US people get it switched off.................

This is the best bit of knowledge. And correct, it will be in Sports mode. Cheers.
