Just wanted to create a post regarding the GTS Gen 3 MPG figures only, to see if they’re are close to the WLTP figures which quote 24.1 - 25 MPG.
What are we looking at on the motorway cruising ? Around town, and progressive average driving? How capability and efficient is the Audi V6 2.9 engine?
GTS Gen 3 only please guys. Thanks in advance

500 mile trip to France recently 85MPH for at least 70% of trip rest local stuff = 26.9MPG.
Trip computer shows similar figure for the 3100 miles covered since day one.

Vast difference between motorway and local driving for the Macan mpg though. For my gen3 Macan S 24mpg for first 4000 miles. Have hit over 30mpg on a motorway run though.PorscheMack wrote: ↑Tue Jun 14, 2022 2:54 pm 500 mile trip to France recently 85MPH for at least 70% of trip rest local stuff = 26.9MPG.

If you do plenty of no hurry motorway miles you'll easily achieve 32+. Shortly after getting the car I did a trip to Norfolk and kept speed down below 60 for around 80 miles of motorway and got 37MPG!! Unlikely to get that again though

Just bear in mind that the trip computer over estimates MPG by up to 10%.
To help TK, it may help if GTS drivers state if they’re using figures from the car, or if they’re calculating their own more accurate MPG manual calculations.

WC, you are like a cracked record when it comes to MPG!Wing Commander wrote: ↑Tue Jun 14, 2022 3:55 pm Just bear in mind that the trip computer over estimates MPG by up to 10%.

Does anybody rely on the PCM reading sufficiently to quote her other than in the most ephemeral of references? No two trips are ever sufficiently similar to use it for comparison, so your second suggestion is bang on.

Regularly got 30MPG on my 40-mile run on the M1 / M25 assuming the traffic was moving.
In and around London, that dropped to 17MPG.
That's what the car was telling me.
I used Shell V-Power.

Had 28mpg over 130 motorway miles and just ‘officially’ ran in at 1800 miles, 75mph-ish. 24mpg on the way back at 85-90mph-ish!
Two days before did a 220 mile motorway round trip but other than that its really only been round the doors at around 18mpg.
All exactly as I expected.
