I was supposed to pick up my new Macan Gen 3 2.0 today but Porsche have issued a delivery stop supposedly due to a software upgrade needed to stop an overheating issue. They have no idea when the software will be ready or when the car can be delivered, anyone else heard of this issue???

If there is an overheating issue, this could be contributing to panel gap issues when the engine is warm/hot... 🤔

I think it is an overheating of the cat or filter, didn't quite catch what he said

Same here. I was supposed to take delivery of a base model next week but now it has to be pushed back with no ETA. Sucks.

Oh Dear! These cars have been in production, with only minor facelifts/modifications, for 8 years! Have Porsche really not got overheating issues sorted! I appreciate they have pushed more performance out of the engines in the gen 3 but I would have hoped these tweaks were properly tested.

The longer I await delivery and hear these worrying stories on here, the more I am questioning my order.
