Then it's "Omni" alright. The "Omni-cognate ..." was a supercomputer in the Hitchhikers book :-)

We have a winner! I think that deserves a bonus prize, help yourself to a 2022 Volcano S with steel springs, amongst other shortcomings.

Give me steel springs anyday, and I have tried both. We all have our preferences, just because its not yours doesnt make it wrong...

And maybe it was a joke and maybe its also why Omni is now a deleted user. You might think its funny, but a joke is only funny in my book if everyone is laughing not just some people....

Absolutely agree Sweetmeister. I am wavering too what with the non-existent comms from SE (promised test drive not arranged). I might be cancelling my order.

Buying a Porsche comes with its frustrations (as does owning one). This is more a lifestyle choice than a vehicle I think so if wavering I would think that a Porsche is not for you, and you may be better cancelling.
Sounds odd I know, but I have had to come to terms with this myself. Good luck with whatever direction you choose.

Never heard so much rubbish in all my life! Buying a 60k Macan is not a lifestyle choice, it’s a car. A car which apparently at the moment isn’t any better in the QC department than my local Vauxhall. Maybe I should change my lifestyle and go for a corsa SRI. :D

Well certainly didn’t intend to annoy you but I respectfully disagree. You can buy an Audi. BM, Merc any number of alternatives, but none of them are a Porsche. Nobody’s buying them for their reliability 😂
All I am saying is if you are wavering then buy something else because the whole “Porsche” bit means less to you…

I think that if they did a survey of people who had ordered a Macan and split it between those that had been on the forums and those that hadn't, the Hadn'ts would be much more satisfied with the ordering experience.

Before finding this festering pit of angst I would have just accepted the 6 month delivery and wouldn't have spent endless hours changing my spec and believing any of the personal opinions spouted.

Social Media - eh !
