I think the area of focus is will this car be worth more or less come resale time? Probably a little less but not more than you are going to save....

Agree PorscheMack. It will make little, or no difference. Plenty of manufacturers are doing the same and registering cars to get their kickback (Land Rover for example). Also with more people providing finance for the cars instead of buying outright the days of ‘one owner’ are long gone.
