I won't claim to be any Porsche specialist. It just seemed as jerky as my mouse scroll wheel is on occasion. :)
You may not be a Porsche specialist, and I am certainly not, but Porsche previously had my vehicle for several days whilst they reset and reloaded the software, yet they did not consider, as you did, that it may not be the software but a hardware issue.
