So my renewal with Admiral for the GTS was about £270 pa.

The quote that came with the 5 days free drive away cover for the rest of the year was...........................................

£2263!!!!

I think I'll stay with Admiral!!!!!

Admiral are brilliant, im in my 20s, but live in the Lakes which is a low cost insurance area and they've quoted me 500 pa on my multicar, Porsche insurance was 2700!!

When I did a go compare for a random GTS a few months back it came back at £600 so my man math tells me i'll save £600 a year on insurance by buying a Macan GTS!

Renewal has just come in at £443 with Admiral on a multi-policy, another car and house.

A quick look on compare the market and the cheapest stand alone is £500.

Audi is at greater risk of theft compared to Porsche.

Insurance quote for new Macan S not coming in as bad as I had feared other than the compulsory £500 excess. (via Direct Line). Admiral seem less at £350 but is there someone I am missing that does a more reasonable exccess for Greater London?

I am with Admiral at the moment.
My Q3 last year was £224. They then added £48 for 4 months 2 weeks to change it to my GTS. So waas expecting about £400 for the renewal.

They quoted £590. I then did some searching and that was still the cheapest by a mile but i phoned them and after some negotiations the figure dropped to £409!!!

They then asked if I would consider multi policy. I had already taken out my house insurance but after some explaining I signed up for house insurance with them for next year and paid £8 for the week or two difference between that date my house insurance expires in 2023 and the date my car insurance expires and the Macan quote has now dropped to £360!!! Happy with that!!!

My multicar quote for the GTS and M135i together is the same as the GTS on its own! And that’s without even calling them p. I’m happy with that.

On your Admiral insurances do you list every single option even if they are manufacturer fitted. the woman I've just been speaking to is creating utter confusion for me indicated one minute I need to list them all and the next as they are part of the purchase price I dont
