I stuck with Direct Line, just because it was easier, but Admiral seem by far the most competitivePorscheMack wrote: ↑Sat Feb 19, 2022 12:01 pmJust tried Porsche ins. That'll be £2,444 please Sir!! Aviva £733. Hopefully I can get for less elsewhere

Should of said that Admiral didn’t have the Gen3 on the system so I had to change via online chat.
That’s really odd because Admiral were the first to offer Gen 3 insurance when I bought mine. It was on their on-line quoting system last November ( definitely the correct model and engine size ). I even phoned them at one point to double checkPartysausage wrote: ↑Sat Feb 19, 2022 1:07 pm Should of said that Admiral didn’t have the Gen3 on the system so I had to change via online chat.
I went through Admiral on their app. I am currently with them for my Q3but usually swap company most years. The annualized increase for the Gen 3 22yr build GTS is £49 including £10 admin fee. Total £293 pa for the GTS fully comp on 8k miles per year.
Value of car was total price including any extras (how folk seem to get confused with this is, well confusing)
I'm 56 living in Surrey with full NCD and a few professional driving qualifications and get IAM by virtue of those.

Yep, I was surprised to be honest. 6 months down the line or so. Years were out but engine size was right but clearly keen to let them know about the BHP.THHGTTG wrote: ↑Sat Feb 19, 2022 1:45 pmThat’s really odd because Admiral were the first to offer Gen 3 insurance when I bought mine. So my renewal with Admiral for the GTS was about £270 pa.
The quote that came with the 5 days free drive away cover for the rest of the year was...........................................
£2263!!!!
I think I'll stay with Admiral!!!!!

I was quoted £181 from More Than last month for my GTS. (through confused.com) . I've had to update the quote as ETA at dealer is 25th March and Churchill are now the lowest at £220. Can't complain with prices quoted...the benefit of being middle aged and living in Northern Scotland !
