Having owned Porsches for the last 20 years, the OPC warranty always throws it's challenges.
I have just bought my wife an Oct 17 Macan S with 29k miles on the clock.
Car has full OPC history, and yesterday had its Major service at my local OPC. I plan to put a 2 or 3 year warranty on it, but can't do that until we have had the car 90 days (that's fine).
I asked them to have a look over the car (not a 111) to see if anything would be needed. They noted the front tyres (Mich Lat sport N0 Dated 2021) did not match the rear (Mich Lat Sport N1 Dated 2021).
They are both N Rated tyres, but N0 and N1, a quick scan online shows that the front 265s are not available as N1.
It's black and white, so I don't need to argue it.
My question - Is there an alternative to the Porsche Warranty (I think I know the answer).
I may buy a set of 18" or 19" Wheels off ebay with the correct, in date N rated tyres and TPMS. Put those on for the 111, and leave the 21s in the garage.
Any thoughts?
Warranty Question
What sizes are available? With my previous 911 they let me move up a width to get the correct N rating, didn’t really make any difference to ride/handling/grip.

Unfortunate situation and the previous owner probably took their tyre place at its word, and/or never knew differently.
A set of 18s from eBay with suitable tyres would sort the warranty issue, perhaps until an j fortunate breakdown on the 21s. You may find some used tyres on eBay and whilst I don’t advocate buying used tyres you’ve already got 4 that are used and if unknown history
These cases with tyre mismatching are a nonsense, especially when Porsche themselves have approved used cars listed with 2 year warranty on non N rated tyres !

The OPC is wrong and you've provided the answer yourself. Your front tyres are not available as N1 so N0 have been fitted whereas the rears are so N1 are fitted. They must match on the same axle but not front to back. Convincing your OPC they're wrong may not be easy. If there's another OPC within reasonable distance, talk to them.

I have read a few times on this forum that the above occurrence is a warranty issue but I'm not convinced. First it seems totally unreasonable and, probably, unenforceable in law, then how is a mix of N1 and N0 going to cause a warranty claim? Lastly when due to some inexplicable cock up I ended up with a similar mix but N0 and A0, pointed out at my Oil Change. I specifically asked the SA if it was a warranty problem and was told "No". I don't have that in writing but there's no way I'd bin two good tyres without it being stated as an issue IN WRITING.
