Trigger pulled, this is my code

Yes a GTS!
My deposit went down mid April so I'll be very interested to hear my date. I'm impressed with the dates folk have been posting.

Would you mind sharing what the asking deposit it when placing an order?
Bit of an update on this. Its been covered elsewhere but as I am progressing through the process I thought I’d let you know my experience.
I paid a £3k deposit when I first went to the OPC and said I wanted one of their toys. This effectively put me on the waiting list.
Exactly 2 weeks later I got the build slot notification ( October) and have now been asked to firm-up my spec and pay the “remainder” of the deposit. The whole deposit is 10% of the value of your spec.
I am paying £62k for the car and have already paid £3k deposit, so this week I need to pay a further £3,200 to make up 10% of the purchase price.
I am getting the car on PCP, and paying £13k of that up front. So when when the car arrives at the dealership I then need to pay the remaining £6,800 ( £13k total PCP payment, minus initial £3k deposit, minus the difference to add up to 10%).
Then I just need to get another 2 jobs for the monthly payments!
Hopefully that answer the question, possibly in way to much detail.
That’s strange, I only had to put £3k down
But I’m not doing pcp - so maybe that’s why
Have you got your build slot and given them your final spec yet ( I say final, but I believe you can change up to the time it actually goes into build ).

I’ve not had to pay a balance to make it up to £10k and I’m taking the PCP route.
10% of the order value rather than £10k. so in my case £6,200.00
Who’s your OPC ?
I think the the 10% is a mid Sussex thing
Well, that’s a nuisance. Turns out the balance of the 10% also needs to be bank transfer or debit card in person in the actual dealership. I have some building work on my house this week that also needs to be cash. Hmmm.

When I bought cash from MidSussex in 2019 they ask me to top up my initial £3000 to 10% of order when the firm order went in Porsche
seems standard for Mis Sussex then. Not sure they explained that to me when I put the deposit down. Oh well, it is what it is (just a fairly hefty bill I wasn't expecting this month)
