Hi All,
Just received a quote from local OPC for a 4 year major for my turbo 29k miles.
590 major - just a fancy name for oil and filter change!
131 OP - brake fluid
47 OP check water drains - sunroof
65 OP check water drains - front check and clean
301 OP check water drains - door sill check and clean
I assume the Op stands for optional. My concern is if I turn down the drain work that subsequent issues won't be covered under future warranty. The last item seems to be something new, but I have had water trapped before on my drivers door sill which was sorted under warranty (not sure if the fix is for that issue or not, but water was collecting on the painted part so effectively on the outside of the cabin). Additionally they have already modified my drains for which a paid maybe £100 for.
Has anyone turned down this work and subsequently had issues claiming for warranty items due to drainage? Don't mind paying a bit but an extra £400 nah....
New Porsche tax?

Brake fluid replacement is primarily time-based, rather than mileage-based. Two years, Or more often if you regularly ‘track’ your car So brake fluid should be changed at 2 years, 4 years and so on, even if you’re not at 20k, 40k, 60k miles etc.

Crops up as an issue quite often on here. I’d order a new Macan without the sunroof, but others value the pano roof highly...

If it helps, I just had a “major service” on my mini ( oil, filter and plugs, and it was £394. So the prices you have shown don’t seem unreasonable
Porsche is not doing anything that other marques are not also doing.
