How long did it take for Audi to organise a new one? I wouldn't have enjoyed taking that call from the dealer (or making it)

They were brilliant

It was a new model at the time so fast tracked one

Put her in a new q7 while she waited - we had sold her previous car

And put us both on the Audi experience day

I think there may have been some other bits too

Got this message today.
“Congratulations on ordering your new Porsche Macan GTS. Your Porsche Centre has processed your order. Please log in to your personal My Porsche area and we will keep you up to date on its progress”

Not had one of these before for the Macan and don’t know how accurate it is (not really bothered unless way out) but a nice touch, here’s a couple of screen shots.

Can’t see any of that on my Porsche app or online. Cars is ours on Saturday so not that bothered now

The car is now at Emden. Wonder if they’ll track it around the M25? May take a while

Obviously as posted earlier…. Totally unreliable UNLESS this is down to the OPC from whom it’s ordered to input the details into your Porsche app account.

The reason I say this is because last Monday I called my local OPC for an update as a few ‘months’ ago I was told April build for June delivery,
They said they would call me back the next day!!! The callback never happened even to this day however on Tuesday (16/04) I received the exact same email and app notification to say my Macan was on its way for 12/05 delivery????

So, who the heck controls what updates the app gets and why is my local OPC useless at returning calls

Irrespective of Brand not all dealerships are the same, mine told me sometime ago they were expecting my car toward end of May.

Passed through Emden fast and on the water with the delivery date reducing from 23rd to the 11th.

Thought ours would be on the same ship as the movements was near identical, I had notification yesterday that it had arrived in Hull.
