I will be contacting them tomorrow, out of curiosity Mark which opc are you using ?
It's £1300 on a 70k+ car so not a deal breaker but that £1300 could go towards the OTR fee.
I've previously bought and sold a car through the same dealer and have a deposit down for a 992 for 2023 so it's not like I'm unknown to them.
Price increase.

Sytner dealership but all dealerships should get the price protection for MY 2022 cars that were ordered before the price increase.Gibberish wrote: ↑Mon Dec 20, 2021 10:39 pm I will be contacting them tomorrow, out of curiosity Mark which opc are you using ?

So just to update,
I emailed the dealership and was told they're not price protecting any orders that fall outside the protected timescale , so basically if the price rise came in and you didn't have a build slot you're liable.
I was told some isolated cases will differ (all you lucky guys)
So I'm stuck with paying £1300 more, but i need the car as soon as so I'm just happy to get it to be honest.

I can only assume that if you don’t have a build slot it must be outside of the MY 2022 and therefore will be a MY2023 ( August 2022 build and onwards).Gibberish wrote: ↑Sat Dec 25, 2021 10:39 am So just to update,

I don't have a BS but am still expecting a 2022 model as my deposit went down in July. Suspect a number of buyers are in the same boat.mark-yorkshire wrote: ↑Sat Dec 25, 2021 10:44 amI can only assume that if you don’t have a build slot it must be outside of the MY 2022 and therefore will be a MY2023 ( August 2022 build and onwards).Gibberish wrote: ↑Sat Dec 25, 2021 10:39 am So just to update,

If it a Q2 slot then you should have price protection.Gibberish wrote: ↑Sat Dec 25, 2021 2:16 pmmark-yorkshire wrote: ↑Sat Dec 25, 2021 10:44 amI can only assume that if you don’t have a build slot it must be outside of the MY 2022 and therefore will be a MY2023 ( August 2022 build and onwards).Gibberish wrote: ↑Sat Dec 25, 2021 10:39 am So just to update,
