We registered our interest in June then ordered in July and they confirmed last week that we will take delivery in December.

Welcome to our friendly forum! :)

Which model? Waiting times seem to increase from 2.0 to S, and from S to GTS. So the wait for a 2.0 is likely to be the shortest etc. :geek:

We’ve ordered the S, I was all for a GTS but the look of the front put us off.

Hi all, new member here, placed an order in April for a GTS and just had confirmation that it should arrive in Feb and I need to lock the spec in towards the end of the month.

Ordered a GTS, due in Dec
Typically an OPC will get very few GTSs (anywhere from 2-4 per month), but with the chip shortage it’s even less. Next year will be just as tough (or more) to get cars out (my OPC said).

Still not in love with the front on any of the new models, the full black look on the GTS or the painted look with a black plastic border on the S - both look ok but not great.

I understand that Mayfair have received a Gentian GTS Demo if anyone’s interested. Pre-sold too…..
2022 GTS order cancelled
2023 718 Spyder order cancelled
Gone rogue and bought an Aston Martin V12 Vantage S

So i have been contacted by OPC today with a confirmed build date of February. He says they have had their allocations and my S falls into the February slots. So ordered Oct 15th and build in February - not too bad i think?

4/5 month wait time for an S sounds pretty decent! :)

Cheers,
Simon

Yep, at least 6 months for me. Ordered at the beginning of July and hopefully will be getting it in early/mid Dec. That said I was supposed to have had it already ( and it has been built ), so who knows. Porsche aren’t terribly communicative.

Spoke to our SE/OPC today. We ordered a new S 4 days after you but we've been told they won't receive their revised Q1 allocation until the end of the month and not to expect our order to fall into that allocation anyway :-(

May be I have a cancelled slot or May be my OPC get allocations early, or May be my SE is giving me BS??
I really hope it’s one of the first two now!! 😳

That's really good, pretty jealous  Ordered our S end of August and when I went to the OPC to finally look at a Gen 3 last week he had no idea when I'd be looking at delivery. Said he wouldn't know their 2022 allocations until December. Very frustrating.
