If you go ahead with this I really want to see pictures of the interior!

Surprised you havent gone for surround view camera(given budget doesnt appear to be the primary concern) also if you havent tried a gen3, when you do see what you think of the gear lever - id consider the leather/carbon upgrade for it as you touch it regularly and I think as standard its a little cheap feeling - again as you seem to be going for a high class finish.

If I’m reading it correctly, I think you get leather on gear changer if you spec GT heated steering wheel? Or have I got that wrong? I’m still speccing and it’s a nightmare 😂

Am going racetex on the steering wheel, so understand the gear lever is also racetex to help lift it.
Did have the carbon racetex wheel and gear knob on the previous configuration but have since seen the wheel in real life and the carbon was a bit cheap looking (in my opinion), so have saved the £800

I meant just the option for leather on the gear knob(which is a leather and carbon option) - I agree on not having the carbon steering wheel!

Now I’m getting confused, are you saying a leather or racetex gearknob is insufficient, and that it needs the carbon add on as well?

No I’m saying there is a single option, the last one under the leather section which adds leather and carbon to the gearstick.

Or leather as standard without carbon.
Or racetex without carbon (as spec’d)
Or racetex and carbon for £380
