Bit of a strange update from my side now and I can't really work out what's going on.

when I spoke to the sales guy in the first week of Feb he said my car was currently being built and still on track for early March delivery to dealer. This was repeated on a call the following week, so I was preparing to collect the car around 18th March.

Then, my salesman changed as the previous one got promoted, the new salesman said 16 April and that he wasn't aware it was being built in Feb. Called again last week to be told CP8 now showing as 29th April but factory now closed as we all know so it's anyone's guess.

Not sure what's going on or why I was told Feb/March by the previous guy if that wasn't the case...it's annoying as I'm using borrowed cars and if I knew my car wasn't due until May/June time back in Feb I'd have just bought something to tide me over.

Now the weather's improving I'm seriously considering just using the Vantage as a daily, although probably not the most sensible decision with petrol prices as high as they are!!

I think the majority of us fall in that category. I Ordered July 21, told Q4 21, as that got closer told Q1 22 then again as that got closer told Q2 22 and still have no allocation. Unfortunately now due to the poor Ukrainian crisis who my heart goes out to I have no idea when. I think they feed you bull shite to get the order obviously, then knowing further down the line you will accept later dates as you would only go to the bottom of some other ones list and wait even longer if you cancel with them, very bad practice and as we know much silence and no contact from SE's as they know they have miss led you.

PDLS+ on the S says Matrix headlights too if you press the info button. I have a feeling Porsche just considers the auto dip makes it a Matrix headlight, unless they’ve changed PDLS+ of course ( possibly because they have finally admitted how terrible they are ).

It would be a nice surprise if they came as full matrix but not confident.

They recently removed matrix headlights option on the Taycan so are only available if they are part of the standard equipment. Can’t really see Porsche adding Matrix to the Macan while removing it on the Taycan.

The UK configurator uses the word matrix for the PDLS on the GTS - I just can’t recall seeing the word before and wondered if they had added a new feature. Unlikely though given the issues with sourcing Taycan lights.

Its does on the S as well as the GTS, it just says it under the Info button rather than on the main screen. The Posrche website does have inconsistencies. It says 375BHP and 380BHP for the S depending on where you look. I assume their web developers get confused between BHP and PS.
