We will soon be selling our Sapphire blue SD. One of the very last 2017 SDs which we've owned since brand new. Full Porsche service history and just had four new tyres and the big service! Very big spec, 84,000 miles mostly to The Lake District, Cornwall and South of France. Always filled with premium fuel. New Transaxle @ 35,000 and just replaced the four wheel sensors. Thought we we keep it forever but a chance call from the dealer finds us heading for a Macan GTS!

I know someone who would love this, 3 questions: any warranty in place; where is it and how much?

Hi Neil,

Sorry for the slow reply.
We've had the car since new and decided not to extend the warranty as it didn't seem to offer value which has proved to be the case (might have made a different decision if the transaxle hadn't been replaced). Also you have no negotiating power when it comes to service costs.
We are in Sussex but get to the Lakes & Cornwall regularly.
Probably will aim for £28,500 which I think is fair for a one owner, full history, high spec car.
Hopefully I'll get a chance later this week to take some photos and write a proper advert.

Thanks for your interest
Peter

Well if it helps there are decent ones out there within grasp.

3 weeks ago I picked up a 2016 Macan SD, via private sale that came with 6 months remaining on its full porsche warranty, only ever been serviced and cared for by porsche from new 75000 miles major 80000 mile service carried out @ 72K..spec is

21" alloys
PDLS
Pano roof ( currently flipping leaking 😫 ) I suspect roof needs adjusting manually forward a 1mm or so !!
18 way seats
Heated seating wheel
Sport design pack
PSAM
Front and rear heated seats
Crested headrests
Connect plus ( whatever that is ! )
PCM
REVERSE CAMERA with front and rear sensors

I paid around 22K..which I think was OK 👍🏻
2016 SD Volcano grey,21"alloys,sport design package,privacy glass,black pack,18 way seats,heated wheel,heated seats F/R,Pano roof,connect plus,PASM,PDLS,Rear camera,Crested head rests,Leather dash,car play

Thanks Peter I'll PM you asap.

I need to add a new requirement in my list of options actually - the comfort 14 way seats don't agree with me, litteraly too comfortable and soft :). the 18-way sport seats are good though. almost as sporty and firm as my Panamera.

I met Frenchmeister, great guy and we had a great chat about his car but unfortunately I have to pass due to the seats.

+1 for his car though !

Sorry for being thick, but are you celebrating what you've just bought or looking for a buyer for what you want to move on?
