Good afternoon to all
I’m new to the Macan forum having just acquired my 2015 Macan S in agate grey.
I traded in my Evoque Ember special edition and have to say it’s the best motoring decision ever.
I’m a retired guy and always planned on a Cayman as my reward for 38 years in education but then my good lady decided what I really needed was two little terriers to keep me fit hence the Range Rover .
Now I’ve finally realised I can have my performance cake and eat it with the dogs. With the Macan I’m finally free of diesel having moved to the dark side because of work. I feel liberated and back in love with driving for it’s own sake.
So with all of that out if the way,I’m looking forward to plundering the wealth of experience and expertise on the form.

Hello and welcome.

A wealth of experience and light hearted banter abound in this forum.

I retired in 2014 and bought not one Macan but two in 2016, the first, the dark side of the diesel Macan was not for me so a 3.6 V6 Turbo was ordered about 6 weeks after I took ownership of Macan 1.

There is nothing out there that I would currently swap my Macan for.

Welcome! You'll find the Macan is somewhat addictive. I've had mine for 5.5 years and still get a thrill every time I drive it.
