It's going to work both ways for you as your own car will have increased significantly in price also.
That's only an advantage if you can get your hands on a new one though as that's where the best value is at the moment.
I'd sell yours and run a shed until you get a new one.

I will miss the Audi V8 for sure (not sure that the neighbours will though ;) )

Seems the dealers aren't offering me the higher levels of money for my RS (no surprise) - so private sale is most likely.

A new Macan is not something I'd thought about - need to look at financial hits and finance options for this.

Thanks all for the continues advice

Good luck with your search….the GTS is still the sweet spot of the Macan range in my opinion
Thanks

How long is a piece of string.

The good bit though is that GTS and Turbo have good standard specs before options are added with the Turbo having a more powerful engine and 14/18 way seats as standard.

Take a look at my spec below my signature to get an idea of what a Turbo owner will include.

PASM is standard on both as is larger wheels.

Suggested minimum options
Rev Cam ideally Surround Cam
Pano roof
Connect
14/18 way seats in a GTS

Nice to have
ACC
PS+ (power steering but as its software it can be added)
Spare wheel
LED lighting
Internal light pack
Internal storage pack.

First gen Macans had less standard features so do be aware of that and by that it is pre 2016 models when rear heating, mobile phone, sat nav, and the screen were all optional.

You may find a lot of bling, it goes with Porsche ownership for many

Do search the forum prior to asking a question as it has probably been asked many times already and there will be plenty of responses.
Thanks for the guidance - that spec list is really helpful. I'm searching for threads on "which option do you now wish you'd added to your spec, but didn't " ;)

Thanks
Tim

My neighbours still hate me, even without the Audi !

One of the neighbours a few houses up that thankfully I do get on with says she can still hear the Macan start early in the morning sometimes. 911 and lotus is a dead cert !

WBAC are quoting £45000 for my GTS with 28500 miles (although they haven't seen it) . My local OPC will go to £44,500 subject to an inspection. Should give you some idea of used trade values.....

Thanks, are you selling or just a pricing indication exercise;?

Hello,

I was just checking dealer offers as used prices are on the rise . I had a few lower offers via wizzle. I'm contemplating selling as I'm not driving much these days , just need to decide what to replace it with !!
