Re: Second thoughts….maybe
If you put the seat backs down there's plenty of room for two sets of clubs in the back. On the performance front, all three choices are beset with the same problem of you very rarely being able to use all the available performance. Reliability? I would have thought the SVR will more likely be going...

Re: Insurance shock
One other 'detail' to consider is - does your insurer require you to declare if you've attended a speed awareness course (or similar). When I was on such a course a few years ago I heard that Admiral require you to do so.
I don't know if that is still the case or not.

I think the pro version has replaceable battery, I don't think that'll fit in your wallet though.

Re: Neighbours Macan stolen.
The idea looks good as long as you're only using the GPS and not the 'separation' function via Bluetooth. Some folks are reporting several problems via the play store.
There's another system called Tile. Looks interesting.

Re: Neighbours Macan stolen.
So why did they cut away the roof of the glove box if all they had to do was plug something into the OBD port to clone a key?

Re: Missile Hit
....You'll save a good £200 I would have thought because you won't be paying the OPC's Porsche tax.... Actually, thinking back to the OP and that the OPC had quoted a higher figure and specified the removal of the bonnet. I wonder if the OPC remove the bonnet and send just that panel to the bodysho...

Re: Missile Hit
I'd find out who the OPC use and get a quote from them. You'll save a good £200 I would have thought because you won't be paying the OPC's Porsche tax. If they won't tell you just check out local body shops that have good recent reviews. I've come to recognise that it doesn't matter how scruffy the ...

Re: Battery woes
I do a lot of short journeys and in 2 years, never had an issue. When the car first went in to OPC, the technician came to speak to me about the battery voltage history being low, despite me not even mentioning it. My dash cam was set to turn off at a relatively low voltage reading, so I changed th...

Re: Battery woes
Think you’re obsessing rather too much on this, batteries need charging and that means sufficient mileage to do so. I’m not convinced on your conclusion that the car isn’t charging when it should, ie a design flaw in the smart charging algorithm. And if you find in an EV you might own in the future...
