Re: PSE is not loud

How many miles? Gets noticeably better once it’s ran in imo. Like, another 2 cylinders better? I agree, exhaust note will change after running in, but you can't polish a turd. Imo the 2.9 v6 sounds pretty poor to me as well. Like, hold on bought a car that should of sounded like a car that it’s not...

Re: Coast2Coast cars

I used car wow for a A45 a few years ago. Best offer was Hull and I went to a local dealer and told them I’d rather buy local.

Told him I’d do the deal today if he matched it. He got within about £50 I think of a 14% discount at the time.

Something you may want to consider trying.

Re: So you've got £70k+ to spend on a SUV..

First thing to check when buying any LR car is what courtesy cars your local dealership has as that’s the car you’ll mostly be driving through your ownership. Plus note you’ll have low mileage when selling, every cloud and all that. As you were Here here… and joking aside… Point taken and I know so...

Re: GTS - About to step in to the world of Porsche!

Yours for £99k 😳 Interesting or not they definitely don’t want it to go into 6 figures. Personally must be nuts to buy a macan at that price. Had a look on Porsche GB and the python green at Tewksbury I think which was a similar price (it’s been on here) has disappeared and presumably sold. Think t...

Re: GTS - About to step in to the world of Porsche!

I totally agree with this. Nice to see Porsche Centre Solihull selling an ex demo Macan GTS for £99k , but it does have surrounded view to be fair  Wonder if it was a press car? Solihull sold the Primer Macan 2 Turbo last year that had been abused by all the press. I looked at a couple of cars...

Re: Brake dust, what brake dust?

There’s a high chance I would sell the car before having to change the discs, Great option indeed and the wheels look clean for much longer +Yep. But anybody with half a brain will have the life of the brakes checked before purchase and knock you accordingly knowing there is a big bill coming A lot...

Yep, exactly, especially on the first sentence. Pretty much kills the discussion though!

Re: GT Steering Wheel in Race-Tex

Looks good, feels good, wears better than people say on here imo. Happy to clean as and when which could be said about anything.

Warmer than leather and personally better (feeling and grip) when you’re steering the car.

Would always pick it if I had a choice.

Re: 14 or18 way seats

Must say I really enjoy the 18 way seats. After a few weeks of tweaks I think I’ve got it right. Yet to do a really long journey though. I’ll be honest and I don’t find the seats any harder to get out of. However… I activated the comfort access and it most definitely is easier to get in and out of. ...
