Col, really sorry to hear that you've had yet more surgery. You've certainly had a bad run health wise during the time you've been a forum member. Here's to a speedy recovery.

Re: Macan winter/offroad tyres advice needed
Yes but only Dunlop show winter tyres on your filter. The 2017 Porsche list of winter tyres for 19" wheels shows Dunlop SP Winter Sport 4D and Pirelli Scorpion Winter.
Like others, I had Dunlop winter tyres (on 18" rims) for my SD and would strongly recommend them.

Approved All Season Tyres for the Macan are: Michelin Latitude Tour HP; Continental ContiProContactTX and Pirelli Scorpion Verde AS. Front tyres have a load/speed index of 103V and rears 105V. The list was issued by Porsche in 2017 so it's possible other tyres have been approved since.

Re: Macan winter/offroad tyres advice needed
Dunlop, Michelin and Pirelli all make N rated winter tyres to fit the Macan. A lot depends on what you mean by "light" off roading. I had a set of Dunlop winters on 18" wheels for my SD and never had any problems with them but then I mainly experienced rain, snow and ice on tarmacced ...

Re: Macan: swap my Gen Three 20” wheels for 18”?
Ebeneezerc. Unless your Macan is a Base model, 18" wheels will not fit because of the size of the front brake discs. Why do they supply an 18" Spare on the S then? It's only the GTS that needs 19" I don't know the answer to that. The Gen 3 S has 360mm diameter front discs which is th...

Re: New Car stuck at the Germany Port
Porsche cars are delivered to the UK on ships chartered by the Volkswagen group. They have to share space with VWs and Audis. Sometimes they're given a space quickly and other times there is a delay. Sometimes they're shipped to Emden with unadressed quality issues as it is easier to hold them there...

Re: High mileage 2021 Macan GTS - 76k miles
If you look at my signature you'll see that the spec is not a million miles from mine. I wish I had those wheels! The only amber warning is the tow bar. When combined with the high mileage I wonder if the car has been used to haul a caravan or boat. Towing a caravan with a Macan GTS ought to be a cr...

Re: How many "Guests" are there on the forum?
Yes but there are currently four threads in the "What's New" section apparently started by "Guest". They are four different people/user names - I just checked. As per the comment of andreas above. [/quote] I know that Simon. My point is that they show up as "Guest" unt...
