Re: Scratches on windscreen
No it’s not undriveable smartass , but it does stink on a so called prestige motor that should be quality checked before leaving the factory and then the dealership. Would you be happy with that panel gaps? Looks worse in person than the photos. But thanks for your input. It’s appreciated  If...

Re: Scratches on windscreen
Hard to see from photos but near side is really tight against light on left. On far side there’s a lot bigger gap. IMG_5871.jpegIMG_5872.jpeg Undriveable! 🥴 No it’s not undriveable smartass , but it does stink on a so called prestige motor that should be quality checked before leaving the factory a...

Re: Insurance
Brilliant... in what way? Two major claims, one was my son’s car (stolen) and one was a house roof claim after a storm. Both handled quickly and efficiently, both fully paid out without quibble. Still with them for my 911 this year as their price was very competitive. Always good to add real life e...

Re: Insurance
....Always good to add real life experience to any research I find…... Agree with you there Jon. I gave up on a claim once after roof tiles blew off in 40mph winds. Insurer claimed there was no 'storm' and it was wear and tear. Went back and forth a number of times before I let it go as it wasn't w...

Re: Goodbye Macan hello RR
It seems a reasonable and polite response to me. He’s right, if you haven’t owned a Porsche, the acronyms are complex and not intuitive in terms of what they do. He may not drive all that far but these things are clearly important to him and it’s his money. I can see it might be disappointing not to...

Re: Insurance
Depends who the insurer is? I noticed Allianz were half the price of the number two insurer on the Meerkat list. Then I did some research. Then I decided to avoid Allianz. Completely disagree. I have used LV for years and they have been brilliant. They are owned by Allianz. Brilliant... in what way...

Re: Insurance
Just insured the new Macan T 5 minutes ago. £518 with protected no claims and enhanced cover. £600 total excess. Don’t think that’s bad tbh. Includes commuting and abroad. 6000 miles a year total. Depends who the insurer is? I noticed Allianz were half the price of the number two insurer on the Mee...
