Dealer response was "I can confirm the headrest does not move." WTF .

Here is my headrest with no button. They don't move up/down or backwards/forwards. Stuck in place.

Whatever you do, keep your largest positions your own Ledger wallet. You cant trust any of the exchanges to hold your keys. I only keep a little bit on exchange for trading in and out. After reading carefully how to adjust headrest by pressing button on side I though I was going mad. I could find no such button. I asked dealer and they say headrests are stuck in place and can not be adjusted. Are all your Macans like this or have I falling victim to semi-conductor shortage again? ...
