Re: Cracked windscreen
Had this exact issue over Christmas. A crack started growing from the drivers side lower corner of the screen, and I could literally watch it slowly spreading until it stopped in the centre. No obvious damage where the crack began, very odd. So I rang my insurer and was given 2 options: 1) Replace w...

Re: TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
Which London OPC was this please?! There are only 4 (East, West, South and Mayfair) - if this is the one beginning with "W" then I had a very similar experience... Where abouts do you live? If the dealer was an hour's drive away, is there not another one somewhere else that would be within...

Re: The dreaded oil leak
Update! So last week the car went in to Brooklands for the brakes and warranty issues. The warranty issues covered an ineffective windscreen washer jet, timing cover oil leak and hydraulic tensioner leak. Dropped it off on Tuesday morning and had a VW ID4 as a loaner. Brooklands don't seem to do Por...

Re: Macan luggage liner and wireless CarPlay adaptor
Hi Charles!
I assume the carplay adaptor is for 2016+ models (so wouldn't work with PCM 3.1)?
Thanks!

Re: Specs for a new Macan T
I had a T as a loaner recently and one thing I would 100% spec is Power Steering Plus. Compared to my car the T, without it, felt like there was something wrong. I just couldn't get on with it in that respect. I only drove the T in town so never really floored it, but it was fine in an urban environ...

Re: Macan GTS order - seats and total spec cost
Out of interest, is it possible to spec full leather but retain an alcantara steering wheel?

Re: The dreaded oil leak
So the car went in for it's 8yr service (Major) on Saturday (40k miles). The health check came back with brakes needed (which I knew) plus the following more worrying issues: QTE 1) Oil leak down front of engine. Believe this to be front casing leaking from failed front cover bolts, advise further ...

Re: Macan 1 S/Turbo Recall...
Had this recall done on Saturday during a major service. I haven't noticed any difference in how the car operates but not done many miles.
