Re: In-Built Navigation Maps Version and Update
Thanks GWL - so that proves that there is an updated map for the central England region available !! I can not believe that the other regions are still 2019 though :) !! guess the map update may depend upon the actual hardware version of the PCM - another variable I guess, but you would hope not? Th...

Re: Failed Tyre Pressure Sensor
You can just replace the one that is no-longer functioning and no need to replace all 4. They say the batteries in the TPMS valves only last 5-7 years, so they will certainly need replacing at some point of course. No need to do any special programming, just get the TPMS valve replaced and then go i...

Re: In-Built Navigation Maps Version and Update
Try logging into your home WiFi system from within the car and then selecting an update. When I was having issues my local OPC had to do this with by logging my Macan into their WiFi system yet it still took overnight to update everything. Why we cannot log into My Porsche on a PC, download updates...

Re: In-Built Navigation Maps Version and Update
@SAC1 ah I assumed that you were Midlands based
How odd that you go that region update then, unless you were driving in that area at the time I guess!
It seems to get more intriguing (or not)

Re: In-Built Navigation Maps Version and Update
Thanks for the reply pmg - I only got the car last week, so as far as I know, it had the first 2 years of Porsche connect subscription, whilst it was free and it then it lapsed until I subscribed to the navigation and Infotainment package last week. Maybe you have a point with regards to the PCM sof...

Re: In-Built Navigation Maps Version and Update
Great, Thanks for taking the time to do that, it is much appreciated.
At least I now know that there is most definitely an updated map for the Midlands region - Maybe as it is now past the first quarter updates are being sent out?
I will just be patient I guess
Thanks Again

In-Built Navigation Maps Version and Update
Hi Guys, A quick bit of help / advise please, with regards to the Navigation maps that my car is running, a 2019 Macan S with PCM 5. I have recently acquired a November 2019 Macan and the maps in the navigation system date back to 2019, except for South East England, which date back to 2020! The mid...

Re: Power steering plus
From what I have read, it is not possible to add the software updated onto a gen 3 Macan. When I test drove a few cars before my purchase, I did not notice too much difference on the cars that had power steering plus to be honest, but there was certainly a little bit of difference. I actually ended ...
