Re: Automatic Cruise Control Issue

Thanks for the feedback.
Even though I haven't had an error since they investigated the problem. I think I will go ahead and have them change the sensor as I use ACC a lot when I am sitting in traffic to/from work and want to know I can rely on it.

Automatic Cruise Control Issue

Hi All, Anyone out there had issues with their Automatic Cruise Control? I am constantly getting messages on mine: "ACC/PAS unavailable. Sensor dirty" or "PAS currently restricted. Sensor dirty" or even ""Acc/Cruise control not possible. Move gear selector to D/M"....

Re: Apple Car Play in iOS 13

Used it today to go to Blenheim and the split screen works with Waze as well. Oh good, I'll give it another try later. I still can't get Waze mapping to show in the Car Play split screen mode in my wife's car. I get the Waze directions and messages on the foot of the screen, but the map display is ...

Re: rubber floor mats

I bought a set of the premium rubber car mats from Carmats4U https://www.carmats4u.com/tailored-car-mats/porsche-car-mats/porsche-panamera-2009-onwards-185/porsche-macan-2014-onwards-premium-rubber-car-mats.html They were good quality, fit well and even got the cotton colour to match my mamba green ...

Re: Delayed delivery to September

I got a call on Friday telling me mine has its certificate and the OPC is arranging delivery.
Hopefully only a few more days now as I only have my Audi until Friday and then BCA take it away.

Re: Delayed delivery to September

I'm told it is all to do with the new WLTP standard (Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicles Test Procedure). See here for details https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Worldwide_Harmonised_Light_Vehicles_Test_Procedure Car manufacturers have known about it since 2017, but it becomes a legal requirement in Euro...

Re: Delayed delivery to September

Just spoken to my OPC and here's what I've been told: - There are a lot of Macan S's at Sheerness docks and they won't be released until a CoC is granted - A shipment of Macan's (not S's) were released earlier this week as the CoC has been granted for them - The earliest that Porsche are expecting a...

Re: Delayed delivery to September

Yep. Ordered mine at the beginning of February 2019. Just called the OPC and told not to expect delivery before the end of August! Damn. I forgot to ask him what year he was talking about. Now I'm worried he meant August 2020 ;) I'm still being told it is because Porsche can't organise getting a Cer...

Re: Delayed delivery to September

@rosini at least your OPC committed to a date when they thought you would have the car. My OPC has never given me a date. Even when I placed the order in the first week of Feb they were telling me I would get the car anytime AFTER late June. I tried a few times to get them to commit, but it's always...
