Re: Your £110,000 Porsche

This: https://configurator.porsche.com/porsche-code/PRLD6WK8 :) Nice 👌 …would you be able to get out of those buckets?? 😂 No. The £15k I saved is for a collapsible electric winch and frame, self-launching when the driver's door is opened. Variable velocity allows me to catapult myself to my front d...

Re: Value now?

Take on the concept of Sunk Cost and you'll never have to worry about depreciation again. Think of it as being hit by a bus tomorrow 😀 Life itself is the only depreciating asset that is of interest to me; the rest is the cost of the journey.. If you choose 1st class over 2nd you arrive at your dest...

Re: Value now?

Out of interest just done a valuation with WBAC on my S which I’ve owned for a year, £20k drop 🙊, not really the car to sell via them as they don’t take into account options and mine has £15k worth.

I actually sold my Audi S3 via them and only lost 4k in 30months! As been stated times have changed.

Yeah, discovering the first stone chip is always disappointing 🙁, then you realise with the shocking state of UK roads it’s inevitable .

Re: Shorter Shift Knob

Why? It's only a gear lever. You read my mind! I suppose it’s like say, spending £600 on different colour seat centres? I mean, they’re only seats?? Folks like to make their cars their own so why not, if you own it you can do whatever makes you happy I guess.. Yip, something Porsche do well and rai...

Re: Macan S - Servicing

Some forum members have reported oil service needed at 12 months or even less. Exactly, my S had oil service in March at 20 months and next oil service shows march 2025 or 10500 miles. I questioned this and OPC service manager said if I do longer journeys both the time and miles will extend, we shal...

Good luck with the Sale , I think £70 + from an OPC is a decent call.

I’ve spotted a 4month old GTS, great spec with 3k miles demo for just £1200 more than your asking price. 😳

Re: New car day! - Dolomite Silver GTS

Very nice 👌 I like the black wheels. I see you've answered everyone's quandary about how to stop their Macan GTS being stolen...just have the 'Macan' badge on the rear and everyone will think it's a 2.0!!! Noticed the missing GTS bit on the tailgate, GTS number plate tho… possibly Andy’s OH initial...
