You're right, as He's saving that as a possible General election winning announcement next year!!!
He could announce a one day working week and zero income tax, they’re still going to lose!
12 months is a long time in politics...

I need to speak to them as I asked to be put on the last allocation - I don’t need the new car before then. But if a 74 plate is going to get a price hit, I want that avoided. :)
Any update on this yet?
FFS Mack, she only posted this afternoon!
Give the lady a chance 😂😂
Haha I wish I’d seen this yesterday - you made me smile!!

I’ve not called them yet, fully in the throws of a refurb for the building I live in. The leaseholders have it easy as I get to do all the donkey work on top of
everything else :) It started with a minor leak and oh how the bill has escalated. I’ll sort Porsche out later in the week!!

My car is only January 2023, I’d not be changing it except it’s the end of the petrol line for the Macan. But anyway… hopefully the exchange value not so bad.

Does the value they quote now broadly represent what they think they’d offer next year? I never asked them that.

Sadly not San unless they were explicit. Presumably there will be higher mileage in six months and market conditions can change.
Generally your car is worth whatever someone is willing to pay on the day 🤷‍♂️

Absolutely not. The OPC that bought mine said that based on what they are buying similar cars for ATM they would probably offer me £1,500 less in a months time. This was reiterated by other Porsche dealers I spoke with. I didn’t want to sail into 2024 with a 2022 car, so moved it on.

When I originally ordered my "T" back in February, (order cancelled in April) the SE said my C250d was worth circa £21.5k but would be revalued when the car was delivered in September/October. I p/ex'd it in April for £21.5k but when I checked on WBAC in early November it was down to £15.2k so a drop of over a £1000.00 a month.

Yep. Guess WBAC are probably the lowest offer around but it's an indicator of the market ATM. But this shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone...

Out of curiosity I have checked on WBAC for my S, a loss of £22k since I purchased at the end of April 😮😮🙈

I wouldn’t let those figures scare you too much. A basic valuation just assumes you purchased a car with no options 😉

Price in April was WBAC as well so the used car market is really weakening or getting back to pre-covid levels.

True enough, don’t suppose there are many, if any Porsche is ordered as a bog standard car.
